Brandi lloyd at napier location is always pleasant and greets me and my children every time we enter. Brandi is very helpful if your not sure about something she will assist in any way possible with a positive attitude. I really appreciate seeing good worker that are here to support patients thanks BRANDI LLOYD keep up the good work!!!!

I have visited this clinic three times, and I cannot express how grateful I am for Dr. Amrit Saini. She is incredibly responsible and professional. She took the time to truly listen to me and provided the comfort I needed during a difficult time. Not only did she help me connect with a great therapist, but she was also patient enough to use a translator to ensure we communicated perfectly. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who truly cares about their patients' well-being.

I got here 20 minutes early for my 1pm appointment. I’m still waiting at 2:10pm. I literally just need a physical for work, two hours of which I missed today. I made the appointment a month in advance, checked in online, and got here early. And it’s still like this. This is a clinic for people with no other options. There is not a care given for the time obligations of patients. If you’re from out of town and looking for a new pcp, go elsewhere. Edit: I left an hour and 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. So, I was there a total of an hour and a half waiting for a physical. They finally called me back an hour after my appointment was supposed to start, but I had to leave at that point. Absolutely no consideration for the lives of patients, and I would love to speak to someone. I put in a contact request online.
